In this episode, I welcome my first small business guest of the series, where I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Libby Hobbs, business owner and proprietor of &Hobbs, a delightful home, lifestyle and gift store in the beautiful village of Shere in the British Surrey Hills. Libby was incredibly honest and transparent in this episode, she talked about how she funded her dream, how important it is to her to make her family proud, how she deals with the competition, how Instagram drives footfall to her store, and her biggest "pinch me" successes.
